Instead of work, if we will reach office late, will do gossips, backbiting and leg pulling at work place, senior will do their personal work and juniors will do senior’s personal work. Everybody will look for incentives, bribe and extra favors, instead of 7-8 hrs work, we will do maximum 2-3 hrs and rest will go in religious and political discussions, meeting guests, tea time etc. With this situation, if you think there will be positive change in Pakistan, it will be mere thinking. If we have to bring change, we have to change our attitude, have to think positively, collaborate, compliment, strengthen and help each other, have to promote unity, discipline and sense of responsibility. There is lot of potential, but we are wasting it, we have to direct this potential in the right way. If we think positively, act wisely and react calmly, there is bright future for Pakistan.
